Operation of both Upstream and Downstream process as per the batch plan

In-Process sampling and coordination with respective laboratories for results.

Assisting shift incharge for Production activities in Shifts

Perform assigned work on daily basis and report in clear manner

Maintain RM & consumables stock in coordination with Stores to avoid any Production delays

Arrange requisite resources for planned tasks and targets for the day

Responsibilities and Duties
1. Co-ordinate for Sales orders – Manage and co-ordinate all sales order ensuring co-ordination of timely procurement of materials and supplies necessary for production.
2. to co-ordinate with production team on formulation, ensuring accuracy and adherence of formulation specifications.
3. Coordinate with sales and production team to facilitate the packing of the products according to customer specific requirements.
4. Must coordinate with production team and give product readiness dates along with dispatch dates. Must be able to understand the customer need from the sales person and accordingly coordinate with production to meet the deadlines
5. Verify ongoing packing process with standards and specifications.
6. Maintain master record of all the packing and labelling for different products, customers, and markets.

Responsibilities and Duties
-
Planning and execution of activities during running of solid state fermentation (SSF) batches for different fungal strains.
-
Timely delivery of production target and achieving the target and product quality
-
Monitoring of Powder processing steps (harvesting, drying, fungal spore extraction, sifting & blending) critically to avoid any market complaints.
-
Issuance of documents (BMR, Checklists, Equipment list, History card, Calibration records, etc.)
-
Ensure all documents of plant are online. BMR, Checklists, Equipment list, History card, Calibration records, etc.)

Maintaining batch wise data of SSF in soft copy form and submitting hard copies to higher authority whenever required.

Raw material planning as per batch plan and requisition in time.

Assisting Dept. Head in Training to the staff and helping training to workers.

Ensure proper housekeeping of the entire Production area.

Ensure Zero batch failure.

ü Responsible for Physiological, Chemical & Microbial Analysis of Raw Material and Finished Products.
ü Managing retention sample as well as the conducting stability of the Products.
ü Responsible for Calibration & Maintenance of Lab Equipment in QC and all other labs.
ü Responsible for Environment Monitoring and Water Analysis of entire plant.
ü Responsible for Microbial Limit tests for Raw materials as well as finished products.
ü Responsible for analyzing the finished goods as per regulatory compliance.
ü Responsible for Media preparation, sterilization and maintenance of all the record and documents for its complete traceability.
ü Responsible for following (Strictly) Good Lab Practice in lab and in the plant.
