Planning and execution of activities during running of solid state fermentation (SSF) batches for different fungal strains. Timely delivery of production target and achieving the target and product quality Monitoring of Powder processing steps (harvesting, drying, fungal spore extraction, sifting & blending) critically to avoid any market complaints. Issuance of documents (BMR, Checklists, Equipment list, History card, Calibration records, etc.) Ensure all documents of plant are online.
