Job Overview
Managing & developing BAs in the area/s, getting orders, & payment collection.
Driving the marketing team to complete field activity targets for timely liquidation
Train the marketing team 
Responsibilities and Duties
SALES & COLLECTION
1.       Implement  sales strategies along with TM/ASM for the area assigned to achieve region-wise, crop-wise, season-wise targets
2.       product placement
3.      Drive sales with the assigned BAs. & get orders
4.       Generating & growing sales & driving liquidation in the area 
5.       Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales in the area assigned.
6.       Implement product strategy for the area/territory
7.      Ensuring timely payments & collections
8.      Get minimum INR 50k business per farmer from minimum 20 large land holding farmers (excluding farmers of FRO)
9.      Ensure zero sales return in their area of operation
 
TEAM DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT
 
1.      Ensure field activities are being done as per target on each route
2.      Daily review & Monitoring of marketing team’s performance on SFA and motivating them to complete activity targets, 
3.      Train & guide marketing team to achieve their field  activity targets. Ensure that mktg team is well trained on 
·         Technical capabilities of our products, 
·         mode of action, 
·         How to effectively counter farmer objections. 
4.      Minimum one training every month to be given to mktg team.
5.      Guide / train/ take action on non performing  team members
 
BA & BUSINESS PROFIT MANAGEMENT
 
1.      Build & maintain strong relations with all BAs.
2.      Clearly explain company’s ongoing scheme to dealers
3.      Dealer classification (retailers)
4.      Get order projections/plans from Dealers
5.      Monitor stock of dealers and sub-dealer
6.      Handle Accounts – submit CN to dealers and send acknowledgement copies
7.      Ensuring Extensive brand promotion at farmer level and educating farmers on sustainable agriculture 
8.      Organize night farmer meetings in every allocated village every season
9.      Conduct product demo and submit cost-benefit analysis of the product demo and conduct crop show
10.      Timely MIS reporting to ASM / TM
11.      Monthly target :- 
·         Eight (8) Crop Shows. to be attended with team.  Minimum 10 farmers in each crop show
·         72  Farmer field Visit
·         Minimum 16 corner meetings (Min 5 farmers in each meet) 
·         Minimum four (4) Small Farmer meeting meetings a month with team (Min 50 farmers in each meet)

Responsibilities and Duties
SALES & COLLECTION
 
  1. Prepare a sales plan for the state – region-wise, crop-wise, season-wise
  1. Developing sales strategies along with TM/ASM  for each area within the state/s. Go through & approve  area/territory sales plan with each ASM/TM– with details of  region-wise, crop-wise, season-wise.
  2. Implement the plan to achieve sales, Collection & profit target for the state
  3. Generating & growing sales & ensuring timely payments in the area
  4. Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales in the area assigned.

  2. Ensure that route plan for all team members is  prepared by their respective managers  and is adhered to.
  3. Guide and train the team to achieve their respective targets.
  4. Build a strong second line.
  5. Take action on non-performing members.
  6. Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
  7. Responsible for recruitment for the state, identifying and interviewing candidates.
  8. Ensure all travel expenses of all team members (including self) are within permissible limit.
 
BRAND BUILDING
  1. Build a strong brand image of PlantbiotiX in the market.
  2. Ensure marketing & field activities are being done as per target and get a good ROI on the farmer meetings / large farmer meetings being done in the state.
 
 
MISCELLANEOUS
 
  1. Manage all statutory matters of the state.  Resolve government related issues if any.
  2. Analysing competition products in the area, & accordingly suggesting improvements/ new products
  3. Timely MIS reporting to management
  4. Management of consultants for sales (after approval)

SALES CO-ORDINATOR

Job Overview This role focuses on sales reporting, payment tracking, and financial settlements across regions. Key tasks include preparing reports, managing the SFA app, handling payments, and overseeing dealer closures. Accurate reporting and communication are essential.
Responsibilities and Duties
·        
  • Tally & Reporting: Prepare monthly Sales, Aging, Overdue, and Territory Performance Reports in Excel for all regions.
  • Weekly Business Updates: Provide management with weekly business performance updates every Monday through Excel reports.
  • Dealer Communication: Conduct reference calls with dealers (for new employees and dealers) and assist with Pan-India Dealer Inventory Management.
  • SFA App Management: Extract weekly farmer meeting reports, update dealer information, and maintain employee contact details and emails within the SFA system.
  • Payment & Receivables Tracking: Monitor daily payment receivables for all regions in the HDFC ZBPL account, verify system entries, and update monthly collection reports.
  • O-Form Processing: Manage the online O-form submission for the MH region and handle offline processes for MP, GJ, CG, and UP regions.
Dealer Closure & Payments: Oversee the closure process for dealers, including FNF settlements, EMD adjustments, overdue warnings, reminder letters, and handling payment transfers by sending letters from the head office
