Responsibilities and Duties ·  Document Management: File documents according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and scan documents to create a comprehensive digital database.
·  Sample Handling: Manage the booking of sample shipments with FedEx, monitor the status of outgoing samples, and follow up with FedEx to ensure timely delivery. Keep track of incoming samples.
·  Shipment Coordination: Communicate effectively with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to facilitate smooth shipment transactions.
·  Support EXIM Activities: Assist senior team members with various export-import activities and support in negotiating rates with freight forwarders.

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to lead the planning and execution of a Greenfield project for a solid-state fermentation manufacturing facility in Bhiwandi, near Mumbai. This role demands strong project leadership, coordination with management, and engagement with stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with industrial, GMP, and safety standards. Responsibilities and Duties

• Project Leadership: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from design to commissioning, and provide engineering support during production.
• Regulatory Compliance: Obtain and maintain necessary permits from local bodies (GIDC, GPCB) during all project phases.
• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans and execute design standards per global industry norms.
• Performance Monitoring: Utilize appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to monitor project progress.
• Technical Specifications: Prepare and manage detailed technical specifications and drawings.
• Detail Engineering: Oversee engineering aspects, including mechanical piping, equipment, civil structure, electrical, and instrumentation.
• Documentation: Finalize URS, DQ, IQ, and OQ in coordination with relevant teams.
• Health, Safety, and Environment: Ensure comprehensive adherence to HSE standards throughout the project.
