Key Responsibilities: · Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners globally. o Act as the primary point of contact for international clients and provide timely solutions to inquiries. · Product Promotion & Sales Negotiations: o Promote the company’s products and services to potential customers. o Conduct presentations, webinars, and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and competitive edge of the company’s solutions. · Market Expansion & Business Development: o Identify and develop new markets and opportunities for growth in the business o Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build brand awareness and expand market reach. o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and market demands. · Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:
o Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management on market trends, sales performance, and opportunities. o Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the achievement of sales targets and growth objectives. · Customer Support & After-Sales Services: o Provide ongoing support to customers, ensuring satisfaction through excellent service and effective problem-solving. o Collaborate with the customer support team to address client issues, product-related concerns, and post-sales activities.
