ü Manpower planning and controlling |
ü Execution of solid state fermentation batches related to biopesticides e.g Trichoderma viride, Beauveria basiana etc. ü Operation of both Upstream and Downstream process as per the batch plan. ü In-Process sampling and coordination with respective laboratories for results. ü Assisting shift in charge for production activities in shifts. ü Effectively communicate and coordinate with the workers to get the work done. ü Perform assigned work on daily basis and report in clear manner. ü Arrange requisite resources for planned tasks and targets for the day. ü Maintaining proper housekeeping of production area. ü To ensure effective implementation of Food Safety Management System. ü Responsibility for the improvement in respected functioning area of the company relation to food safety. |
ü Knowledge of both Upstream and Downstream Production process and equipment. ü Hands on experience in Fermentation. |
ü Responsible for Physiological, Chemical & Microbial Analysis of Raw Material and Finished Products. ü Managing retention sample as well as the conducting stability of the Products. ü Responsible for Calibration & Maintenance of Lab Equipment in QC and all other labs. ü Responsible for Environment Monitoring and Water Analysis of entire plant. ü Responsible for Microbial Limit tests for Raw materials as well as finished products. ü Responsible for analyzing the finished goods as per regulatory compliance. ü Responsible for Media preparation, sterilization and maintenance of all the record and documents for its complete traceability. ü Responsible for following (Strictly) Good Lab Practice in lab and in the plant. ü Responsible for Inventory maintenance of media & chemicals ü To ensure effective implementation of Safety Management System. |
ü Good microbiology knowledge and hands on experience. ü Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices. |
